사용 가능한 Auto Function Profile#
Minimize Gain (= Gain Minimum)#
자동 조정 과정에서 Gain은 가능한 한 낮게 유지됩니다. Exposure Time이 상한선에 도달했는데도 목표 밝기 값에 아직 도달하지 못한 경우, 목표에 도달하기 위해 Gain이 증가합니다.
Minimize Exposure Time (= Exposure Minimum)#
자동 조정 과정에서 Exposure Time은 가능한 한 짧게 유지됩니다. Gain이 상한선에 도달했는데도 목표 밝기 값에 아직 도달하지 못한 경우, 목표에 도달하기 위해 Exposure Time이 증가합니다.
Minimize Gain Quick (= Gain Minimum Quick)#
이 프로필은 Minimize Gain 프로필과 동일하게 작동합니다. 차이점은 밝기가 극도로 변하거나 이미지 밝기가 빠르게 변하는 상황에서 더 빠르게 반응한다는 점입니다. 이러한 상황은 예를 들어 대물렌즈 회전 노즐을 사용하여 현미경 대물렌즈를 교체할 때 발생합니다.
Minimize Exposure Time Quick (= Exposure Minimum Quick)#
이 프로필은 Minimize Exposure Time 프로필과 동일하게 작동합니다. 차이점은 밝기가 극도로 변하거나 이미지 밝기가 빠르게 변하는 상황에서 더 빠르게 반응한다는 점입니다. 이러한 상황은 예를 들어 대물렌즈 회전 노즐을 사용하여 현미경 대물렌즈를 교체할 때 발생합니다.

자동 조정 과정에서 Gain은 가능한 한 낮게 유지되고 프레임 레이트는 가능한 한 높게 유지됩니다.
이것은 4단계 프로세스입니다.
- 카메라는 목표 밝기 값을 달성하기 위해 Exposure Time을 조정합니다.
- 목표 밝기 값을 달성하기 위해 Exposure Time을 늘려야 하는 경우, 카메라는 프레임 레이트가 떨어질 때까지 Exposure Time을 늘립니다.
- 프레임 레이트가 떨어지면 카메라는 Exposure Time 증가를 멈추고
AutoGainRawUpperLimit값이 도달할 때까지 Gain을 증가시킵니다. - When the
AutoGainRawUpperLimit값에 도달하면 카메라는 Gain 증가를 멈추고 목표 밝기 값에 도달할 때까지 Exposure Time을 증가시킵니다. Exposure Time을 늘리면 프레임 레이트가 낮아집니다.
Anti-Flicker 50 Hz / 60 Hz#
플리커 현상을 줄이기 위해 Gain과 Exposure Time이 최적화됩니다. 50Hz 또는 60Hz 주기로 조명이 깜박이는 환경에서 카메라를 작동하는 경우, 깜박이는 조명으로 인해 이미지마다 밝기가 크게 달라질 수 있습니다. Anti-flicker 프로필을 활성화하면 캡처된 이미지에서 플리커 현상의 영향을 줄일 수 있습니다.
현지 전력 주파수에 따라 주파수(50Hz 또는 60Hz)를 선택합니다(예: 북미: 60Hz, 유럽: 50Hz).
